Job summary

KTek Resourcing LLC is seeking candidates who excel in communication, customer interaction, and SailPoint ISC knowledge for a client-facing IAM role in a fast-paced environment.

You will clearly explain technical concepts, participate in and lead customer calls, and handle inquiries with minimal support while aligning with customer expectations. A basic understanding of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud concepts, identity lifecycle, connectors, and tenant connectivity activities is preferred.

Job description

Purpose: Ensure candidates have strong communication skills, Strong IAM expertise, customer interaction experience, and minimum SailPoint ISC functional knowledge.

a. Communication Skills (Mandatory)

• Ability to clearly explain technical concepts in simple, customer-friendly language
• Comfortable participating in and leading customer calls
• Clear written communication (emails, chat responses)
• Asks clarifying questions and avoids assumptions

b. Customer Interaction Experience (Mandatory)

• Direct customer-facing experience (calls, demos, troubleshooting, KT sessions)
• Experience handling customer queries independently or with minimal support
• Understanding of customer expectations around clarity, timelines, and ownership

c. SailPoint ISC Functional Knowledge

• Basic understanding of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and its purpose
• Awareness of identity lifecycle concepts
• Conceptual understanding of authoritative vs authentication sources
• High-level understanding of connectors
• Awareness of Tenant Connectivity activities
