Qualifications

• HBSW or related degree required; MSW preferred.
• Experience working with Anishinabek adults, families and communities.
• Minimum three years adult mental health and addictions counselling experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally safe, trauma-informed case management in a residential setting.
• Coordinate psychoeducation groups and relapse-prevention supports.
• Plan life-skills and system navigation for residents.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure recovery-focused care.
