  3. Manage and motivate staff
  4. Plan and control budgets and expenditures
  5. Organize daily operations efficiently
  6. Review HR directives to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
  7. Establish and enforce policies and procedures
  8. Oversee the classification and rating of occupations
  9. Inspect workplaces for safety and health hazards
  10. Develop and implement recruitment strategies
  11. Investigate workplace accidents or illnesses
  12. Manage contracts and negotiations
  13. Oversee training and development strategies
  14. Analyze employee data and information
  15. Develop and implement communication strategies
  16. Create and enforce health and safety plans
  17. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  18. Oversee report preparation
  19. Respond to employee questions and complaints
  20. Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants
  21. Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
  22. Recruit and hire staff
