Job summary

Options Consulting Solutions is seeking a Safety Data Compliance Coordinator in Mississauga. CAD 38.00 to 48.00 per hour; hybrid work environment.

You will coordinate health & safety data, reporting systems, and compliance records to support leadership. The role focuses on analyzing safety data, building KPI dashboards in Excel and Power BI, preparing routine reports, tracking incidents and audits, and advancing reporting processes through Power Automate and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary credential in OH&S, business admin or data analytics.
• 2–3 years in data coordination, reporting or safety support.
• Experience with WSIB tracking is an asset.
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI and SharePoint.
• Experience creating workflows with Power Automate.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain health & safety data, reporting systems, and compliance records.
• Analyze safety data to identify trends and support data-driven decisions.
• Create KPI dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Prepare periodic health & safety reports for leadership.
• Track incidents, audits, inspections, and compliance activities.
• Administer SharePoint sites and improve reporting processes with Power Automate.
• Ensure accuracy and timely maintenance of safety records and documentation.
