Job summary

EllisDon in Mississauga is seeking a Business Assurance & Transformation Coordinator to turn large datasets into clear reports. You will work with BAS, BMS, EMS and other systems to deliver data-driven insights for clients and leadership.

You will perform testing of system updates, prepare written reports, present results in meetings, and support quality data collection across projects. A minimum of 2+ years in reporting and analytics and proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI are

Qualifications

2+ years of reporting and analytics experience.
Strong analytical skills.
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI and Power Queries.
Strong understanding of regression analysis and ability to interpret data.
Self-driven and able to work in a macro management environment.
Proficient with MS Windows applications and financial management software.

Responsibilities

Work with large amounts of information to create reports from multiple sources.
Test system updates for reliability and functionality; suggest tailored solutions to improve data reporting.
Provide written technical reports promptly meeting contractual obligations.
Present report results in quarterly and annual client meetings.
Learn energy metering infrastructure and perform data auditing until resolution.
Collect data from multiple systems (BAS, BMS, EMS, etc.) for external client delivery.
Support data collection and analysis for all client quality requirements.
