Job summary

Team Power Solutions is seeking a results-driven leader to drive growth in our Safety & Compliance business unit in Canada. You will lead proactive outreach to health, safety, and industrial clients, collaborate with internal teams, and oversee training program delivery and quote development.

You will manage relationships with key stakeholders, guide proposals, and help shape annual plans and budgets, contributing to sustained profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education: post-secondary degree/diploma with sales/ supervisory background.
• Results-oriented with a track record of revenue growth.
• Strong relationship builder with clients and mentoring.
• Strategic thinker aligning growth with sales.

Responsibilities

• Proactively prospect and initiate client outreach.
• Engage with HSE officers and industrial stakeholders.
• Nurture existing accounts for safety compliance and training.
• Develop proposals and quotes with contracts & estimating team.
• Oversee department planning, budgeting, and profitability.
