Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Project Lead to manage multiple software implementation projects from concept to deployment in a fast-paced SaaS environment in Toronto, Canada.

You will translate client needs into technical requirements, develop plans, and drive delivery within 2-4 months while coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and business continuity.

Qualifications

• Experience in a software implementation role, preferably SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Act as the project lead for multiple implementation projects concurrently.
• Scope, plan and manage progress against the plan, including milestones and risks.
• Translate client needs into technical requirements and platform features.
• Deliver projects end-to-end within 2-4 months.
• Build communication plans to support adoption and deployment.
• Collaborate with internal Achievers resources and external client resources to guide projects from concept to deployment.
• Use tracking and reporting tools for documentation, knowledge transfer, and continuity.
• Liaise with developers and designers to enhance site features as required.
