North Vancouver Pet Hospital, part of the VetCare Community, seeks an experienced Practice Manager to lead a dynamic veterinary team and drive exceptional client experiences. You will manage operations, schedules, onboarding, and performance reviews while shaping culture and delivering financial oversight.

The role emphasizes leadership, empathy, and strategic thinking, with responsibility for talent sourcing, inventory control, and continuous improvement across the practice.

Qualifications

• Veterinary team leadership and management experience is essential.
• Experience leading operations, scheduling, and talent acquisition.
• Strong communication, empathy and client service focus required.
• Background in budgeting and financial oversight for a practice.
• Knowledge of veterinary software systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead a collaborative veterinary team and manage daily operations.
• Coordinate schedules, staffing and locum sourcing for DVMs/RVTs.
• Provide onboarding, coaching, and annual performance reviews.
• Oversee inventory, budgets, and financial performance of the practice.
• Support talent acquisition and drive operational excellence.
