Amherst Veterinary Hospital in Vancouver is seeking a Practice Manager to lead a busy veterinary team and drive operational excellence. You will manage staff scheduling, onboarding, coaching, and annual reviews, while coordinating Locum DVMs and RVTs to ensure smooth client experiences.

You will also oversee inventory and budgets, with a focus on growth, social engagement, and high-quality care. Flexible schedule and strong leadership are valued in this energetic community practice.

Qualifications

• Veterinary Industry Knowledge and/or Project Management Experience: recommended to keep us running smoothly.
• Clinical Experience: a bonus that will set you apart.
• Team Management/Supervisory Experience (2-3 years).
• HR Management Experience: essential for fostering a thriving and engaged team environment.
• Veterinary Software Systems Knowledge: improves processes.
• Financial/Budget Management Experience: keeps the practice financially healthy.

Responsibilities
