Job summary

Traveland RV Supercentres in British Columbia is seeking a friendly receptionist to greet visitors, answer calls, and support daily operations with professional communication. The role emphasizes teamwork, efficiency, and a positive attitude. Prior related experience is helpful but not required.

You will handle data entry, basic emails, and maintain a neat work area while presenting a polished, welcoming impression to guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience.
• Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Receives visitors, obtains name and nature of business and directs to the appropriate destination.
• Obtain and process information required in order to provide services.
• Operate switchboard and telephone system by answering, screening and forwarding phone calls.
• Record and relay information.
• Data entry and emails.
• Maintains a professional appearance and neat work area.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
