Job summary

Traveland RV Supercentres is seeking a receptionist to greet visitors, answer phones, and provide friendly, efficient service. You will handle information, direct inquiries, and maintain a professional appearance.

Key responsibilities include operating the switchboard, processing information for services, data entry and emails, and supporting a cooperative team environment. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Must have effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication.
• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent) and 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Able to represent the company professionally and interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Receives visitors, obtains name and nature of business and directs to the appropriate destination.
• Obtain and process information required to provide services.
• Operate switchboard and telephone system by answering, screening and forwarding calls.
• Record and relay information.
• Data entry and emails.
• Maintains a professional appearance and neat work area.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
