Job summary

Clio in Burnaby is seeking a Software Developer to join our Engineering team. In our hybrid model, hub-based teammates work from the office at least twice per week on Anchor Days, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and delivering high-quality software.

You will work with full-stack developers across a range of projects, using Ruby on Rails and web technologies to build scalable solutions for legal professionals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mentorship in software development, using Agile processes for large-scale SaaS products.
• Experience building web applications at scale with Ruby on Rails.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• We are seeking a Software Developer to join our Engineering team at our Burnaby Hub. As part of our hybrid model, all hub-based team members are expected to work from the office at least twice per week on designated Anchor Days

• Work with a team of developers to solve complex problems and provide elegant solutions to Clio customers
• Work in an agile environment with our team of full stack developers across a variety of projects
• Using a wide variety of technologies, learning new things, and challenging yourself
• Participating in diverse projects and collaborating with multiple engineering teams across three countries
