Job summary

WQS NDT is actively recruiting an experienced RT2 Technician to join our team in Western Canada. The role focuses on non-destructive testing with CGSB RT2 certification, preferably with multi-ticket credentials and a strong safety mindset.

Candidates should reside in or near Edmonton or Fort McMurray, Alberta, and be able to pass the required drug and safety testing. A reliable vehicle and a flexible schedule are beneficial for field assignments.

WQS Non-Destructive Testing (“WQS NDT”) is actively recruiting for an experienced, proficient,RT2 Technician(preferably multi-ticketed) to join the WQS NDT Team.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• CGSB Certified RT2 NDT Technician. Preference will be given to multi-ticketed CGSB technicians.


• Candidates local to Edmonton, Alberta or Fort McMurray, Alberta preferred.


• Must be Fit for Duty at all times and be able to comply with the Canadian Model for Providing a Safe Workplace which includes alcohol and drug testing.


• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and flexible work schedule.


• Valid driver's license with a 3-year driver abstract, First Aid & Confined Space Certification is an asset.


• Strong work ethic and positive attitude is a must.


• Demonstrate high standards of safety and align with best-in-class company culture.
