We are seeking a Senior Solutions Designer with extensive experience designing and implementing solutions using Oracle Siebel CRM or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in business and functional requirements analysis, functional design documentation, application flows, business architecture artefacts, user experience design, accessibility standards, wireframing, prototyping, and quality assurance. The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to design scalable, secure, accessible, and business-aligned technology solutions while ensuring compliance with applicable Ontario Public Service (OPS) standards, policies, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Undertake the design of hosting technology solutions based on the client's service specifications, standards, policies, best practices, and cost models to meet client application business requirements and project/initiative deliverables.

General Skills

• Knowledge of integrated networking technologies, mainframe, midrange server, enterprise storage and SAN, and personal computer system technologies.

Additional Information

This position is listed as Onsite. The resource is expected to work 7.25 hours per calendar day between the standard working hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, every Monday to Friday inclusive, at the identified Ontario Public Service (OPS) office location.
