Job summary

Metrolinx is seeking a senior project and program manager for a major technology procurements program, responsible for leading complex workstreams and delivering successful RFPs. The role requires extensive experience in both private and public sector programs, with a focus on transit fare payment systems and related processes.

The position is hybrid, with three days on site at 20 Bay St, Toronto. The candidate should have strong governance, stakeholder management, and lifecycle management

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in project and program management.
• Experience in leading a major technology or payments procurement program, resulting in the successful issuance of multiple RFPs.
• Project or program management experience on complex programs in private and public sector organizations including technology supply and lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of transit fare payment systems, technology, operations and business processes.
