Carecor Health Services Ltd. is seeking a part-time Registered Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse to support specialty spasticity clinics in long-term care homes across the Greater Toronto Area.

The role involves clinical and administrative tasks, with responsibilities spanning patient assessments, medication preparation, and coordination with LTC staff. The ideal candidate has long-term care experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel daily by car.

Qualifications

• Licensed RPN or RN with current registration
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Willingness to travel daily by car; occasional overnight travel
• Comfortable presenting to small groups

Responsabilités

• Support physicians during specialty medical clinics in LTC homes
• Assist with patient assessments, treatments, and spasticity medication preparation
• Set up and clean up equipment and resident rooms before and after procedures
• Maintain and track medical supplies and clinic materials
• Coordinate clinic logistics with LTC staff, physicians, and pharmacy partners
• Provide education and support to residents, families, and LTC staff
• Complete required documentation and infection prevention procedures
