Job summary

Carecor Health Services is seeking a dedicated Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to support specialty medical clinics in long-term care homes across Woodstock, Ontario. This role focuses on assisting with spasticity management and providing clinical and administrative support to physicians, LTC staff, and residents.

We are hiring a part-time or full-time RPN to provide clinic coordination, hands-on clinical assistance, and medical education during specialty clinics held within long-term care

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care and working in clinics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Willingness to travel daily by car; occasional overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Support physicians during specialty medical clinics in LTC homes.
• Assist with patient assessments, treatments, and spasticity medication preparation.
• Set up and clean up equipment and resident rooms before and after procedures.
• Maintain and track medical supplies and clinic materials.
• Coordinate clinic logistics with LTC staff, physicians, and pharmacy partners.
• Provide education and support to residents, families, and LTC staff.
• Complete required documentation and follow infection prevention and control procedures.

Carecor Health Services is seeking a dedicated Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to support specialty medical clinics in long term care homes across Sarnia, Ontario. This role focuses on assisting with the administration of spasticity medications and providing high quality clinical and administrative support to physicians, LTC staff, and residents.

We are hiring a full-time or part-time RPN to provide clinic coordination, hands‑on clinical assistance, and medical education during specialty spasticity management clinics held within long-term care homes.

The ideal candidate brings experience in long-term care and feels confident working both independently and collaboratively.

Area of Work: Successful candidates will be seeing clients in the Travistock, Woodstock, Ontario and surrounding area.
