Job summary

Carecor Health Services Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to support specialty medical clinics in long term care homes across Ontario.

You will assist with spasticity medication administration and provide high-quality clinical and administrative support to physicians, LTC staff, and residents. We hire full-time or part-time RPNs to coordinate clinics, offer hands-on clinical assistance, and provide medical education during spasticity management clinics in LTC settings.

Qualifications

• Accreditation Canada standing reflects high standards
• Experience in long-term care is preferred
• Ability to travel daily by car with occasional overnight travel (car allowance provided)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and well organized
• Caring, compassionate, patient-first approach
• Comfort speaking to small groups

Responsibilities

• Support physicians during specialty medical clinics in LTC homes
• Assist with patient assessments, treatments, and spasticity medication preparation
• Set up and clean up equipment and resident rooms before and after procedures
• Maintain and track medical supplies and clinic materials
• Coordinate clinic logistics with LTC staff, physicians, and pharmacy partners
• Provide education and support to residents, families, and LTC staff
• Complete required documentation and follow infection prevention and control procedures
