Cogir Senior Living in Vaughan, Ontario, seeks a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to deliver planned, patient-oriented nursing care for residents in a senior living setting. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, follow provincial standards, and contribute to high-quality care and resident well-being.

The role requires current RPN registration, strong clinical knowledge, and comfort with coordinating care plans.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse in the applicable province.
• Experience working with seniors and with unregulated care providers preferred.
• Strong drive, respect and understanding of the emotional and physical demands of the role.
• Computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• RPNs are responsible for providing planned, patient-oriented, goal-directed nursing care in accordance with the provincial standards of care.
• RPNs are an integral part of our multi-disciplinary team who build trusted relationships with residents, families and teams with ongoing communication.
• RPNs implement and evaluate the effectiveness of the care plans and make changes as required.
• RPNs complete and ensure resident’s clinical care assessments, care plans and documentation are accurate and up to date.
