Job summary

Carecor Health Services is seeking a dedicated Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to support specialty clinics in long-term care homes across London, Ontario. This role involves assisting with spasticity medications and providing high-quality clinical and administrative support to physicians, LTC staff, and residents.

Qualifications

• Current registration as an LPN or RN in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.
• Ability to travel between clinics as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support physicians during specialty medical clinics in LTC homes
• Assist with patient assessments, treatments, and spasticity medication preparation
• Set up and clean up equipment and resident rooms before and after procedures
• Maintain and track medical supplies and clinic materials
• Coordinate clinic logistics with LTC staff, physicians, and pharmacy partners
• Provide education and support to residents, families, and LTC staff
• Complete required documentation and follow infection prevention and control procedures
