Job summary

Health Association Nova Scotia (HANS) is seeking a Program Assistant for the CCA RPL pathway on a 12-month contract to support admissions, progression milestones, and stakeholder communications. You will manage inquiries, maintain accurate records, assist with reporting and ongoing program improvements, and help coordinate meetings and projects.

The successful candidate will have a post-secondary diploma in a related field (or 5 years of equivalent experience) and strong skills in organization,

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma in administrative or related field, or five years’ experience.
• Experience in admissions, registration, program administration, or similar environment.
• Strong communication, organization and stakeholder support skills.
• Ability to manage high email/call volumes and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities for the CCA RPL pathway.
• Manage applicant inquiries, documentation, admissions, and progression milestones.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting and funding processes.
• Support meetings, workflow documentation, and project-related tasks.
