Job summary

Astra-North Infoteck Inc. in Toronto invites a Blue Prism developer to join our IT automation team on a hybrid schedule (4 days in the office).

The role requires 4+ years of Blue Prism development and 6+ years in IT, with 2-4 years specifically in Blue Prism projects, plus experience with Virtual Machines and Active Directory. You will set up VMs, diagnose issues, coordinate with Product Owners and offshore teams, and maintain knowledge base documentation in a tightly controlled environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Blue Prism developer experience.
• 6+ years of total IT development experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in Blue Prism development projects.
• Experience with Virtual Machines and Active Directory.
• Technical skills to investigate and resolve Blue Prism issues.
• Strong knowledge of Process Studio, Control Room, Scheduling, Work Queues, Exception Handling, and Process Enhancement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up new virtual machines and test processes on them.
• Identify issues and provide fixes.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, Project Managers, and RBC teams to manage dependencies.
• Coordinate activities with onshore and offshore teams.
• Operate in a change-controlled environment with attention to detail.
• Balance workload and assist teammates as needed.
