Job summary

RBC Capital Markets is seeking an Automation Analyst & Developer to assess sponsor needs and design automated solutions, with emphasis on RPA using Blue Prism. You will map processes, document requirements, and support testing and implementation with automation leads and stakeholders.

The role requires 1–2 years in RPA development, strong .NET or equivalent frameworks, SDLC understanding, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in Finance, Engineering, Science or Math desirable.
Experience in assessing key business processes and documentation of process flows.

Responsibilities

Assist in analysis on projects in accordance with the RBC Project Management Framework (PMF).
Design, develop and test Robotics Process Automation solutions using Blue Prism.
Facilitate workshop sessions to elicit requirements, resolve problems and align stakeholders.
Analyze workflow processes and recommend solutions.
Manage multiple concurrent project tasks.
Prepare accurate, timely and compliant documents/reports.
Work with Subject Matter Experts and project manager to deliver solutions.
Participate in testing initiatives.
Aim for high customer satisfaction.
Be a technology advocate and share expertise with the team.
