Job summary

Mackenzie Investments is hiring a Business Analyst Intern for a winter term (January to April 2027). You must be enrolled in an undergraduate program and plan to return to school after the internship.

This full-time internship (37.5 hours/week) reports to the AVP of Enterprise Services and supports the RPA team within Business Managed Technology Solutions. It offers a hybrid work model across Canada and a base salary prorated for the term.

Qualifications

• Registered undergraduate student returning to school in April 2027.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify process improvements.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; Visio or similar tools.
• Comfort with learning AI tools to support research and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Business Level Process Discovery and Documentation.
• Assist in RPA Delivery Practice Analysis.
• Support operational/AI innovation opportunities implementation.
