Job summary

Sienna Senior Living is seeking a Roving Sales Advisor to support residential occupancy across the GTA, promoting the community’s amenities and services to prospective residents and families. You will guide the decision-making process and ensure alignment with the residence's values and goals.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of sales experience, exceptional customer service, and the ability to travel and work evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• 5 years of sales experience in seniors housing or hospitality.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to teach others.
• Hebrew language proficiency is a strong asset.
• Familiarity with Jewish or Orthodox Jewish customs is preferred.
• Evening and weekend work is required.
• Professional image to the public at all times.
• Good computer skills: PowerPoint, Excel, CRM.
• Eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit.
• Must pass a Vulnerable Sector Check and Criminal Records Check.
• Sienna Senior Living may use AI to screen applicants.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support across GTA locations, traveling as needed to support Sales.
• Develop and implement the Community marketing plan.
• Coordinate promotional activities.
• Lead management, documentation, reporting, touring/retouring and follow up.
• Create, maintain and grow key relationships in the greater community.
• Monitor marketplace changes and competitive intelligence.
• Deliver sales training for Retirement Residence Team.
