Job summary

UniFirst Canada is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage a designated route, delivering and picking garments daily, and building lasting customer relationships. The role emphasizes on-time service, safety, and a focus on upselling opportunities.

You will work on a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no nights or weekends, growing your route and earnings through performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Able to manage routes and schedules with accuracy.
• Excellent communication with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to identify upsell opportunities and grow revenue on the route.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and endure on-the-road activity.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route: deliver and pick garments daily.
• Support daily operations: load/unload route trucks and prep routes.
• Deliver consistent, on-time service and returns with accuracy.
• Grow customer relationships and introduce new garments/products.
• Drive sales growth by upselling to existing customers.
• Represent UniFirst on the road with safety and professionalism.
• Maintain a predictable Monday–Friday daytime schedule, no nights or weekends.
