Job summary

UniFirst Canada is hiring a Route Service Representative to manage a dedicated route, deliver garments and products, and grow customer relationships across a stable weekday schedule. You will load/unload trucks, ensure accuracy, and maintain safety while representing the company on the road.

This role offers commissions from day one, opportunities to upsell, and a path for career development within a nationwide organization.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or CAEC is required.
• Ability to work independently while delivering excellent customer service.
• Prior experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using new technologies to improve efficiency.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and staying on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Manage an Assigned Route: serve as the primary contact for customers, delivering and picking garments and products daily.
• Support Daily Operations: assist the service team by loading/unloading route trucks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Deliver Consistent, Reliable Service: ensure on-time deliveries and returns while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Grow Customer Relationships: build rapport with customers, address service needs, and upsell to enhance their experience.
• Drive Sales Growth: identify upselling opportunities and grow your route.
• Represent UniFirst on the Road: operate a company walk-in truck along designated routes, prioritizing safety.
• Engage in a Physically Active Role: work indoors and outdoors with energy and a safety mindset.
• Contribute to Service Excellence: troubleshoot issues, manage inventory, and ensure safety standards.
• Maintain a Predictable Schedule: Monday–Friday daytime hours with no nights, weekends—same route every week.
