Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position involving delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service items.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Cintas to customers, building rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to existing customers
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory professionally and safely
• Adhere to driving and vehicle regulations

Skills and Qualifications

Required

• Valid driver's license in good standing, meeting provincial requirements for vehicles over 10,000 lbs
