Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position involving the delivery and pickup of uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service items.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers, building rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns
• Grow existing customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations
