Job summary

Cintas Canada seeks a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive an established route delivering and picking up uniforms and facility products, with a focus on service and upselling within an existing base.

This is a physical, fast-paced role with a 4‑day workweek, minimal nights or weekends, and a comprehensive 10‑week training program to ensure success on the route.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation and self‑motivation.

• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• Must possess a valid, full, unrestricted driver’s license prior to the first day of employment.

Job Overview

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

Key Responsibilities
