Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative in Quebec City, QC to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Route driving, servicing and selling within an existing base, with a 4-day workweek and no nights or weekends on the majority of schedules.

Responsibilities include building relationships with decision makers, maintaining quality standards, upselling products, renewals, and inventory control, while complying with vehicle regulations.

Qualifications

• Must meet Provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs and have a valid, full, unrestricted driver's license.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Self-motivation and the drive to work in a teamwork-based environment.
• Positive attitude with ambition, organization and service spirit.

• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

Our Route Service Representatives enjoy:

Key Responsibilities Include:
