Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Route delivery and pickup of uniforms, shop towels and other facility products occur on a fast-paced, indoor/outdoor route.

Expect 4-day workweeks with no nights or weekends for the majority of routes, a solid base salary plus commission, and ongoing training plus performance incentives to support growth.

Qualifications

• Must meet provincial driving requirements for a vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Valid, full, unrestricted driver’s license required.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Self-motivation and teamwork mindset.
• Positive attitude with organization and service spirit.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with key decision makers and be the face of Cintas to customers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base through upselling and cross-selling.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities Include

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers
