Qualifications

High school diploma or educational equivalent.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with equipment.
1 year of customer‑oriented business experience preferred.
Must complete mandatory driver assessment training.
Knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations and Canadian Customs an asset.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to multitask, handle stress and work in a high‑pressure environment.
Willingness to work flexible schedules including holidays.

Responsibilities

Provide courteous and efficient pick‑up and delivery of packages on an assigned route.
Check shipments for conformance to FedEx Canada service standards.
Provide related customer service functions.
Operate within legal driving regulations and company policies.
