Qualifications

• College Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business/Sales/Marketing/Management is strongly preferred.
• Geo flexibility in Canada.
• Willing to work hard and have a drive to succeed.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and customer-focused skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Branch Operations: shipping/receiving, logistics, and health and safety.
• Inside Sales: software and computer transactions, customer service, order taking, and walk-in customer assistance.
• Inventory Management and Logistics: dispatch and delivery scheduling, material ordering, cycle counts, and fleet maintenance.
• Product Knowledge: learning products and product vendor engagement.
• Customer Sales: sales administration, customer calling, relationship building, pricing, and credit.
• Human Resources and Management: people management and development, recruiting, financial performance and budgeting.
