Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a motivated Management Trainee in Canada to kickstart a leadership career through hands-on rotations across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office and Service Management.

You will work with experienced managers to learn operations, develop leadership skills, and prepare for advancement through executive seminars and divisional summits. A Bachelor’s degree within six months is required, with relocation flexibility regionally.

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
