Roofmart is launching a Manager in Training (MIT) program in Canada to fast-track career growth toward branch management and strategic sales roles. The program provides hands-on experience, training, and mentorship from leaders across the country.

You will rotate through branch operations, inside sales, inventory, and human resources while building leadership and vendor engagement skills. Geo flexibility in Canada and a strong drive to succeed are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or college diploma in business, sales, marketing, or management is strongly preferred.
• Geo flexibility in Canada is required to support multiple branches.
• Willing to work hard and have a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, problem solving and customer-focused skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Branch Operations: shipping/receiving, logistics, and health and safety.
• Inside Sales: software and computer transactions, customer service, order taking and walk-in service.
• Inventory Management and Logistics: dispatch, delivery scheduling, and fleet maintenance.
• Product Knowledge: learn products and vendor engagement.
• Customer Sales: sales administration, customer calling, pricing, and credit.
• Human Resources and Management: people management, recruitment, and budgeting.
