Job summary

Roofmart is launching a Manager in Training program in Canada. This 1-2 year fast-track prepares you for branch management and strategic sales roles, with exposure to leaders and mentors across the country.

You'll rotate through branch operations, inside sales, logistics, product knowledge, and HR management to build a broad skill set. This training track emphasizes hands-on experience and growth within Roofmart.

Qualifications

• College Diploma or bachelor''s degree in Business/Sales/Marketing/Management, strongly preferred.
• Geo flexibility in Canada.
• Willing to work hard and have a drive to succeed.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and customer-focused skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Branch Operations: shipping/receiving, logistics, and health and safety
• Inside Sales: software and computer transaction, customer service, order taking, and walk-in customer assistance
• Inventory Management and Logistics: dispatch and delivery scheduling, material ordering, cycle counts, and fleet maintenance
• Product Knowledge: learning products and product vendor engagement
• Customer Sales: sales administration, customer calling, relationship building, pricing, and credit
• Human Resources and Management: people management and development, recruiting, financial performance and budgeting
