Job summary

West Edmonton Mall's Fantasyland Hotel is seeking a Room Service Server to ensure guests' dining experience remains exceptional through attentive, personal service.

In this role you will welcome guests, deliver meals to rooms, perform opening/closing duties, maintain menu knowledge, and uphold high standards of service in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server in a casual fine dining restaurant is an asset.
• Completion of ProServe or be willing to attend the required training.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
