Job summary

Kids Planet Farnham is seeking a Room Leader to join our family-run nursery. You will lead a room, ensure high-quality care and education in line with EYFS, and support children to thrive.

We offer training through KP Academy, flexible leave, wellbeing benefits, and a friendly central support team. You’ll work with families to meet each child’s needs and foster curiosity and development.

Qualifications

• Must hold a UK Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive safeguarding knowledge and DBS check required.
• Ability to lead and develop a nursery room.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a nursery room to deliver high-quality care and education in line with EYFS.
• Support and develop the room team, fostering a collaborative environment.
