Job summary

Kids Planet Garden House is seeking a Room Leader to join our brand-new nursery. You’ll lead a room, ensure high-quality care and education in line with EYFS, and support a friendly, collaborative team.

Must be at least Level 3 UK early years qualification with excellent EYFS knowledge and safeguarding understanding. We offer accredited training through KP Academy, wellbeing benefits, enhanced leave, and a warm, inclusive working culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a room within the nursery, ensuring high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS.
• Support and guide the team, fostering a positive, collaborative environment and promoting professional development.
• Build strong relationships with children and families, ensuring each child’s individual needs are met and their learning is supported.
