Job summary

Kids Planet Farnham is seeking a SEND Early Years Educator to join our team. You will support children with special educational needs to engage in learning and work with families and external agencies to tailor support plans.

A nurturing, inclusive environment is created where every child can thrive. Applicants should have a UK recognised Level 2 early years qualification, strong EYFS knowledge, and safeguarding experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 2 UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.

Responsibilities

• Assist children with SEND to engage fully in learning and reach their potential.
• Work closely with families, staff and external agencies to create tailored support plans.
• Promote an inclusive, nurturing environment where all children feel valued and supported.

What a SEND Early Years Educator needs:

• Must be at least Level 2 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
• Experience of working with children with SEND requirements.
