Job summary

GDI Integrated Facility Services seeks Room Attendants to clean and maintain hotel rooms according to brand standards. You will provide professional service, be detail-oriented, and contribute to a positive guest experience. This is a 7-day operation with on-the-job training.

You will change bed linen daily, vacuum, dust furniture, clean bathrooms, and report damages and missing items promptly. A friendly team environment and stable day schedule are provided.

• Use of cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Change bed linen daily.
• Vacuum carpeting.
• Dust all furniture (picture frames, bed frames, lamps, TVs, dressers).
• Remove fingerprints and smudges (i.e. mirrors, shiny surfaces, windows, etc.).
• Thoroughly clean the bathroom area—wash shower stall, sink, floor, toilet, etc.
• Adhere to brand standard cleaning requirements.
• Ensure compliance with standard room set-up.
• Report all damage found in a room immediately.
• Report all missing items in a room and any personal guest items found in vacant rooms immediately.
• Ensuring all “lost and found” items are turned in immediately.
• Shut off all lights, TVs, and air conditioners when leaving room.
• Assist with any additional cleaning chores that may be assigned.
