A Hotel Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall comfort of guest rooms and designated hotel areas. This role ensures that rooms are cleaned, sanitized, and prepared according to hotel standards to provide guests with a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable stay. Room Attendants replenish amenities, change linens, report maintenance issues, and respond to guest requests while delivering excellent customer service. Success in this role requires attention to detail, time management skills, physical stamina, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
High School Diploma or trade school certificate
Ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move 25 pounds or more. The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.
Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a highly regulated and controlled environment, but there will be times when you will need to be on the Casino Floor to complete job functions as outlined or pass through this area. On the Casino Floor, you may be exposed to casino-related environmental factors including, excessive noise.
