The role requires 19+ years of age, Smart Serve certification, and the ability to stand long hours while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor. You will help reset the bar, prep drinks, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout shifts.

Bar Porters are responsible for taking guests through the key phases of their Hard Rock experience. As a Hard Rock Bar Porter, you will be assuming the role of tour guide, communicator, entertainer, memorabilia curator and musician (at heart).
The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to excessive noise and constant exposure to general public. Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a highly regulated and controlled environment, but there will be times when you will need to be on the Casino Floor to complete job functions as outlined or pass through this area. On the Casino Floor, you may be exposed to casino-related environmental factors including, but not limited to, excessive noise.
