Job Overview:

As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and/or other assigned areas in a timely, thorough, and professional manner. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests experience a spotless and inviting room every time they stay with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms and public areas (make beds, dust, vacuum, sanitize bathrooms, remove trash, etc.)
• Clean and restock kitchen areas (if applicable), including mini-fridges, coffee makers, utensils, and glassware
• Notify the supervisor when rooms are ready or if any issues arise
• Report needed repairs or safety hazards immediately
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests or complaints
• Maintain neat and organized supply carts and housekeeping closets
• Ensure proper security of equipment, supplies, and assigned keys
• Log and turn in all lost and found items following hotel procedures
• Assist in deep-cleaning projects or turndown services as needed
• Promote teamwork and communication with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
