Job summary

Canmore Inn & Suites in Canmore, AB, is seeking dedicated Room Attendants to join our housekeeping team. You will help create a clean, welcoming environment for guests by performing daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms.

As a Room Attendant, you will vacuum, make beds, replenish linens, sanitize surfaces, and respond to guest requests with a positive, professional attitude. This on-site role offers steady hours and the opportunity to be part of a friendly, family-oriented hotel.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, replenishing linens, and ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and free from dirt and stains.
• Ensure bathrooms are clean, sanitized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies such as towels, toiletries, and paper products.
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department to ensure rooms are in optimal condition.
• Follow all hotel cleaning protocols to ensure safety and hygiene standards are consistently met.
• Organize and stock cleaning supplies, including linens, towels, and amenities, to ensure quick and efficient service.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities, supplies, or special services with a positive and professional attitude.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding guest information and personal items.
• Adhere to all hotel policies, including health and safety standards, to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for both guests and staff.
• Assist in other tasks as needed, such as cleaning public areas and assisting with laundry or inventory management.
