Job summary

Banff Lodging Company is seeking a Room Attendant to help ensure every guest room and shared space is clean, fresh and beautifully presented. You’ll create the "wow" factor from the moment a guest opens the door, working reliably and with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to high standards.
• Make beds, replace linens and towels, clean bathrooms, vacuum, dust and remove garbage and recycling.
• Keep corridors, housekeeping areas and public spaces clean and inviting.
• Replenish guest amenities and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Report maintenance issues and ensure guest rooms are secure and privacy respected.
