Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service to guests and colleagues.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through cleanliness and attention to needs.
• Check fixtures and equipment for proper operation.
• Perform daily cleaning duties, including changing linens and shower curtains.
• Restock and organize cleaning carts daily.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work tools and equipment.
• Report service, maintenance, safety, or security issues to management.
• Follow safety policies, report accidents and unsafe conditions.
• Possess previous cleaning experience in a similar setting.
• Communicate effectively in English and maintain a positive attitude.
• Prioritize guest experience, going above and beyond for satisfaction and loyalty.
• Work with chemicals and cleaning supplies safely, understanding WHMIS protocols.
• Be flexible to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically capable of bending, lifting, pushing, and walking for extended periods, with the ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
