Job description

Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, the Room Attendant is responsible for preparing a comfortable and aesthetic space for our guests through cleaning and proper sanitization of hotel rooms.

YOUR ROLE

• Adhere to high standard cleaning requirements as per brand guidelines
• Dust all furniture (picture frames, bed frames, lamps, TVs, dressers, etc.)
• Remove fingerprints and smudges from mirrors, shiny surfaces, windows, etc.
• Thoroughly clean the bathroom area: wash shower stall, sink, floor, toilet, etc.
• Ensure compliance with standard room setup
• Report all damages found in a room immediately
• Report all missing items and personal guest items found in vacant rooms immediately
• Ensure all “lost and found” items are turned in immediately
• Assist with any additional cleaning chores as assigned

YOUR PROFILE

• Good physical condition
• Experience in Housekeeping or a Housekeeping Certificate is an asset
• High standards of cleanliness
• Proven guest service skills with attention to detail
