Job summary

CSG Talent partners with a growing roofing contractor to hire an experienced Roofing Project Manager to own projects from planning through completion, with a strong emphasis on safety, schedule, budget, and quality. You will oversee schedules, budgets, labour, materials, and subcontractors, coordinating with site teams, clients, and suppliers.

Regular site visits and project meetings are part of the role, ensuring deadlines are met and standards upheld.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing construction projects, ideally within the commercial roofing industry.
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems, materials and installation methods.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules and subcontractors.
• Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction project management software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial roofing projects from award through to final completion and closeout.

• Prepare and manage change orders, progress billings and project reports.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, general contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant health and safety regulations and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues and maintain project standards.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
